Here's my take on the Designer Set.

I painted these to be as close to the tokens from the games as possible, per instructions.

After a few tweaks along the way, I believe I captured the spirit he was looking forward to receiving in the pieces. All in all, it took around 3 weeks and I was so happy to get it finished.

Cheers for the comments and critiques.

Hello all,

Here's a compilation of corner cases regarding the Skags that should answer the questions above.

If you attack a region that contains a Skag attack marker,

a/ with a Dragon: the attack fails, you lose the token that was with the dragon, yet you still can use the dragon for another attack elsewhere (as long as you still have one token to accompany it)
b/ with a Behemoth: the attack fails, you lose one token, yet the behemoth can be used for another attack elsewhere (again, he must be accompanied by at least one token)
c/ with Elves: the attack fails, you lose an Elf.
d/ with Sorcerers trying to convert a target: the conversion fails, you do not lose any token, yet your target does not turn into a Sorcerer. You can still convert another lonely Skag elsewhere.

Better camera, better lighting, better paint. That's what I am aiming for right now. I don't know about more customers. I'm not into sniping, I just enjoy painting different miniatures. I have some posted in Cyclades, Kemet, and Rum & Bones. These were my first resin minis. VERY fragile. You do really good work, too!

Vernon,

No sniping indeed! At 1000 sets made, there are probably still about 950 unpainted out in the wild. Plenty of work for both of us! :)

Recommend Citadel paints. Just upgraded and loving them!

Analysis of 5 new races
My rewritten rule is:
Elder Dragon occupied regions are worth 1 VC less than usual. At the end of your turn, on Dragon occupied regions with no coins on them, place 3 Victory coins from the bank face up. In regions already containing 3 coins, increase the amount to 5. In regions with 5 coins, remove the coins and take 10 coins from the bank, add them to your VC stash and place 3 new Victory coins on the region. Coins on a region are lost if you abandon it. If the region is conquered, add the current coins on the region to your stash, and take one Victory coin from the conquering opponent, if that player has coins remaining. While In Decline, including the turn they go into Decline, you score 1 Victory coins for each Elder Dragon region as normal, and any coins remaining on a region are added to your Victory Stash. At the end of the game, any coins remaining on the board are added to the players Victory stash.

What about allowing the player that conquers a territory containing an Elder Dragon to capture all coins on the territory for themselves (Stealing the dragon hoard). This would give great incentive to attack that player.

that becomes more of a Leprechaun type mechanic. The point of Elder Dragons (as I understand them) is that the dragons gain more money the longer they go without being attacked. The incentive for opponents to attack is to keep the Dragons from scoring. If opponents could steal the treasure there would never be any reason to attack except when there are 5 coins and the Dragons would never earn any coins at all.
